| Product Description: | ES12 is a mouse monoclonal antibody, IgG1 class, developed against h glycated LDL. It is prepared from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography, and supplied as a liquid in PBS with 1mM EDTA, 1mM PMSF. The concentration varies with manufacturing lot. It contains no preservative.
ES12 is effective at concentrations of 0.3-1ug/ml in microplate based ELISAs and in Western Blots designed to monitor h glycated LDL. Specific assay conditions are available upon request. Short term storage should be done at 4oC. Long term storage should be completed at -60oC. Repeated cycles of freezing and thawing should be avoided. |
