| Product Description: | E85 clones are mouse monoclonal antibodies developed against h glycated hemoglobin species. The antibodies are prepared from mouse ascites by affinity chromatography, and supplied as a liquid in PBS. The concentration varies with manufacturing lot. It contains no preservative.
E85 is effective at concentrations of 1-5ug/ml in microplate based ELISAs. Specific assay conditions are available upon request. Short term storage should be done at 4oC. Long term storage should be completed at -60oC. Repeated cycles of freezing and thawing should be avoided. |
